Cool Music playing with Ajax!

The music player is a ajax trick. Basically a simple way to provide a lot of media content on a single page. You can also use this to play Videos , MP3 music files , or any other supported file format. It loads the default media content player set by the users browser.

The benefit of playing media, music, video files like this is that you do not have to make a lot of pages to make videos, or music available on your site. Example: The player below has 15 MIDI music files added to it. If I was to make these files available to listeners, using regular methods, either I would have used frames, popups, or made individual pages for each file. In all cases, would have made a lot of pages.

But here, all 15 music files can be played right here on the same page, without frames, without popups!

Note: If your default player is Quick time , and it does not have a STOP button, then playing another file, while a file is already playing will play both files together... This is not a bug in Ajax, or this script. It's a Plugin issue. I have added a link for you to reload the page and stop the playing file.
